Product & Results Disclaimer

Fjord Coat is a nutritional supplement designed to support coat health over time. Results depend significantly on your dog's breed, age, diet, health status, and individual biology. Coat and skin cycles typically renew over a 21–28 day period, meaning visible changes require consistent daily use over several weeks. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a satisfaction-based refund on first-time purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• The request must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date
• The product must have been used consistently and as directed throughout the trial period
• Only one refund per customer or household address is permitted
• Refund requests are reviewed individually and processed at our discretion

To submit a request, email support@fjordpets.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of your experience with the product.

What Is Refunded

The purchase price of the product only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to process, plus additional time depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@fjordpets.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.

Subscriptions

Active subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle via your account portal or by contacting support. The satisfaction policy applies to the first subscription charge only.
