If, after a full 60 days, you're not seeing noticeably less shedding around your home, we'll refund your order.

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. To qualify:
You do not need to return the product. This applies to your purchase whether you used one bottle or several.
The guarantee covers the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. For multi-bottle bundles, the guarantee applies to the full bundle as a single purchase.
The guarantee is intended for genuine first-time trials and is limited to one refunded order per customer or household.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at support@fjordpets.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice. Please include a photo of any damaged item so we can resolve it quickly.
If you're on our Subscribe & Save plan, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal — no fees, no questions. Manage your subscription from your account, or email support@fjordpets.com and we'll cancel it for you. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order.
